Offered as a private 1:1 course from the comfort of your own home. Please note there may be a mileage fee depending on travel area. Maybe you are a little short on time before your baby is due, or this isn't your first baby, but you would like to refresh your antenatal education. Adora Birth 'n' Go antenatal course in West Malling and surrounding areas in Kent, allows you to learn all the essential antenatal education so you can feel prepared and ready for your birth, over a shorter antenatal course. Learning 💙 stages of labour 🧡 induction 💛 pain relief options 💚 instrumental delivery 💜 c-section birth 🤍 breathing techniques 💙 using movement for labour & birth Plus learning birthing techniques to help when you need them. Provided over a 5hr course, which can be completed over two sessions. With this course, you also have the option of adding Adora Hypnobirth, allowing you to further prepare yourself. Cancellation Policy

Refunds or 1 course credit are given at my discretion. Please give at least 24hrs notice for any course cancellation. If you are unable to attend a class, an online 1:1 can be offered at an extra charge for pregnancy courses. If cancelling due to illness please contact myself asap.
